Leaving Montana & what's up next.
I showed up in Montana 2 1/2 months ago with fresh eyes and an open heart for this wild, open, and spacious land.
45 minutes out of town, with no internet, no plans, and no place to go, I did one of the hardest things for me to do - unplug & unwind.
Bathe in the sun, walk the dirt roads, read, cook, and connect.

We watched the sunset and marveled at the beautiful dance the sun does every evening.

We fed our bodies with high quality nutrients and allowed our physical bodies to thrive so we could live more fully - emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

We played like children and found entertainment through board games, nature, movies, and conversation.

We loved - fully, completely, openly, and genuinely.

And from this space, I was able to let go.
Let go of the way things "should" look.
Let go of my attachment to money.
Let go of the rush of daily life.
And immerse myself fully in a life of my own creation.
Health starts with food but it is truly about so much more.
It is about how we fed our bodies, our souls, our spirits, hearts, and minds.
From this space, I am continuing the journey out of Montana and into the unknown in Costa Rica, ready for the lessons, insights, and experiences that await me there.
It's outside of my comfort zone where the magic happens, and I'm diving in.
