Hello Gorgeous -Today in our world where things are going a mile a minute, it's easy to get lost in the bustle and hustle of our day to day lives. I know for me, during the busy-ness of it all, I find myself stuck in this paralyzing place when trying to make decisions.Especially now that I am working to create a business and serve as a catalyst for change for peoples' health and wellness, I find that the decisions are coming at a higher frequency and in larger amounts. "How do I find a web designer? What if I choose the wrong business name? How do I best connect with people?"In fear of making the wrong decision, I make no decision at all and continue to toss the idea around in my mind causing frustration and stress throughout my body. I am constantly reminding myself that life is meant to be simple, beautiful and easy. I am creating unnecessary problems by making everything complicated.Have you been there before?What have I learned to do when I find myself stuck in this place?I release the decision making process and rely on my intuition, inner guide and higher self to come through. The moments when everything is peaceful and quite, it’s very easy to hear her ever present guidance - But when I am stressed and fearful I become disconnected and cannot hear the messages.I must slow down, relax, breathe and trust.The same goes for our food; we are inundated day in and day out with opposing nutritional information and get stuck in regards to what to eat, when, why and how? When we slow down and take a look at the facts, food becomes very simple.Eat Real Food; food from the Earth, food that nourishes and allows you to shine. If it is wrapped in a shiny pink label, stamped with health claims and a list of 25 ingredients, half of which you can’t pronounce, it's not food. Move on.
